Lesson’s I’ve learned, and you should too

Sometimes I get so excited I can’t contain myself. The more people I’m around the more energetic I become. I’ve often wondered why that it is…. I use to think it was a curse. Am I coming across annoying? Too Happy? Hard to keep up with… I’ve heard so many opinions about my energy it’s actually quite ridiculous. The only answer I have been able to come up with is that it is a gift. I just try not to overdo it with my introverted friends. Ha Ha!

As you can tell my ADD is coming through right now because I’m supposed to be telling you about the lessons I’ve learned and why you should too. Okay, trying to focus here….

I listed them for you because they pretty much speak for themselves.

Philippians 4:13, Romans 8:28, 2 Timothy 1:7, Galatians 6:9, Colossians 4:5-6

If you asked me “What helps with depression is focusing more on what you can do than what you can’t”! Also helping people who are worse off than you helps. When I went thru 3 years of unemployment, I was depressed until I started volunteering and seeing people go thru harder times. I also learned more of what I could do. 🙂
